At Byzanti Horn, every piece comes to life with meticulously selected materials and flawless workmanship. Accordingly, our return and exchange processes are subject to the following conditions:
• Products with an invoice date not exceeding 14 days, unused, with unlabeled products and in their original form are included in the scope of return or exchange, provided that they have not lost their resalability.
• Since all rings are custom made to order, no returns or exchanges are possible.
• Products received from our office cannot be returned.
