6.About Warranty;
We offer you an indefinite repair service for all purchased Byzantihorn designs. Our after-sales services include polishing, radoj, maintenance and repair. You can visit Byzantihorn stores to benefit from the maintenance service. After your product requiring maintenance is received, it is sent to our workshop. Your jewelry is evaluated in our workshop and you are informed about the repair fee. If you accept the fee, the repair process is started. Repairs are evaluated individually and can take an average of 1 week to complete. After the repair is completed and quality controls are performed, your products are returned to the Byzantihorn store you delivered them to. Our sales staff will contact you to inform you that your repaired product is ready.
Situations Not Covered by Warranty / Exceptions from Our Warranty:
If a jewel designed by Byzantihorn is altered by a different jeweler, if there is any loss, deformation or damage to the product due to user error, if there is loss of single stones such as diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, etc., your products are not covered by the Byzantihorn warranty.
